HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES

Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 4:00pm

Check-Out: 12:00pm


Property and Cancelation Policies :

Standard Rate:
-If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged
-If cancellation is made within 48 hours of check in, first night’s room rate and tax will be charged
-In case of no-show, first night’s room rate and tax will be charged and remainder of reservation will be cancelled
* The refund process will take approximately up to 5 to 7 business days


Terms and Conditions


GUARANTEE POLICY:

- A valid credit card will be required upon booking, guarantee of first night will be required for refundable booking, full payment is due at check in;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.


CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:

-Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in at Hotel Mimosa.
-In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in.


CHECK-IN:

-Check-in time is any time after 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
-Early check-in: subject to room availability.


CHECK OUT:

-No later than 12:00 PM


LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY:

- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM check-out: USD 20 per hour
- After 3:00 PM check-out: 100% room rate surcharge


DEPOSIT

We do collect a deposit amount of USD 200 from guests for their stay on arrival.


RESERVATION AND PAYMENT FOR GUESTS BY PRIVATE THIRD PARTIES:

-Generally, third party payment is not permitted.
-In the case of paying for a family member if you will not be physically present at the hotel, we must receive full payment of the intended stay including a copy of your ID,
passport or driver’s license. You will be responsible for any and all damages and loss. We reserve the right to refuse reservation at any time for any reason.


100% SMOKE-FREE

Hotel Mimosa is 100% Smoke-Free hotel. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, humidifying machines, vaporizing machines, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil, other essential oils  or synthetic products in our facility.  Smoking is only allowed outside the building. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of USD 400.


VISITORS:

No visitors after 11:00 PM. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival and must present a valid photo ID for security reasons, no exceptions whatsoever. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities or Wi-Fi. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.


SAFETY/SECURITY POLICY

We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Hotel. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss or any loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity (whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees, contractor, or agents or otherwise). The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges received by it under the Contract. The hotel has the right to request guests and/or third parties, to vacate room or leave the hotel premises, whenever not respecting any article of the hotel’s internal rules, or behaving improperly at the criteria of the hotel management, including any noise disturbance per our hotel policy,


DOGS, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOSG, AND SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted. The Mimosa welcomes verified service animals.


UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of these Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators or other third parties, and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your Registration Data.
