  • How do I get to your hotel?

    Our lobby entrance is located on Eldridge St. between Division St. and East Broadway.

  • What time is check-in and checkout?

    Check-in time is from 4:00 pm. If you arrive early, we can store your belongings in our secure storage room until your room is ready.


    Check-out time is by 12:00 pm.  If you need a place to store your belongings after checkout, we can hold them for you.  Upon check-out, kindly return your room card(s) to the front desk. There will be a $20 charge for lost or damaged card keys. 


    Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • What is the minimum check-in age?

    You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.

    A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.


  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If a reservation is canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If it is canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night plus tax will be charged.

  • Can I smoke in my room?

    Hotel Mimosa is a 100% Non-Smoking environment due to New York City laws. Therefore guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas. If found smoking in the room, a minimum of a $400.00 recovery and cleaning fee may be assessed and you may be asked to leave the hotel.

  • What is your room size like?

    Our rooms are like those of many Manhattan hotels which are smaller in scale than those of other countries and American cities. That is the general trend of current Manhattan hotels.

  • What is the sound quality of your guest rooms?

    Manhattan hotels generally have ambient sounds from the street. Our guest room windows have 4 panes of glass just like an airport hotel, to provide a room sound quality compared with other Manhattan hotels. Most of our guests marvel at our soundproofing when they see the nearby bridge but can't really hear it. However, if you wish to have 100% silence, we provide free ear plugs at our front desk so that your sleep stays luxurious.

  • How many people can stay in a Superior Queen room?

    Our wonderful beds are designed optimally for two adult guests and one small child under 12 years of age. This allows us to maintain a high level of comfort for our guests. We do not recommend overcrowding in any guest room which would create dissatisfaction for your stay and possibly disturb other guests in nearby rooms.  We do offer roll-away beds in Superior Queen rooms only. Guests who request an additional roll-away bed will be charged an additional $50 per night. 

  • Do you offer onsite parking?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer onsite parking but here are 3 local parking lot options:

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted. The Mimosa welcomes verified service animals.
